With the EA to the HRD provides administrative support to the HR Director and the HR Department team.
Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders from materials / suppliers; verifying receipt of supplies.
Assists in Mobilization of Candidates in Visa processing, ticketing/transport and housing arrangements.
Responsible for maintenance of Personnel Files ensuring file and licenses required is up to date.
Maintains confidentiality at all times
Responsible for Staff Medical Insurance addition and cancellation requests and updates member list.
Welcomes guests and employees by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering and directing enquiries.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
Performs other related duties incidental to the work described, directly or through delegation
Conceptualize, develop, and initiate the implementation of recruitment policies, systems, and procedures to ensure the timely hiring of qualified applicants for the company’s manpower requirements.
Interview and interpretation of psychological examination of applicants.
Coordinates with Department heads and supervisors for the manpower need or vacant positions of department.
Coordinates with schools and PDI for job posting
Responsible for the On-The-Job Trainees
Responsible for OSHC Report
Conceptualize, design, develop, and initiate trainings and seminars for employees
Responsible for the implementation of employee satisfaction survevy
Responsible for the implementation of Competency Matrix
Responsible for the annual performance evaluation
Responsible for the accomplishment of KPM reports
Over-all in charge with the Employee Recognition and Retirement Tribute
Attends to employees’ needs and complaints
Support and assists in other HR functions
