Working closely on customer’s technical requirements, Implementation, Analyze, Install, Configure, and troubleshoot different security solutions, this includes racking, installing, configuring and upgrading the solution.

provision MPLS virtual private network VPN L3, including CE-PE routing protocol
RIPv1, RIPv2, OSPF, IGRP, EIGRP, ISIS, BGPv4 & MP-BGP and static, MPLS virtual
private network L2, Internet connectivity using BGP or static routing.
Solid experience with Alcatel DSLAMs: ASAM & ISAM and Huawei DSLAMs and MSAN
2nd level support for enterprise support team in troubleshooting process.
