I am working with Olayan Descon Engineering Ltd as a Mechanical Supervisor in KSA Plant Services Jubail from 28-08-2015 to tail now during this period I worked in (Saudi Aramco Shell Oil Refinery, Albayroni Fertilizer, Saudi Petrochemical, SADAF Chemical, Saudi Petrokimya, Saudi Kayan & SADARA Chemical, )
During this short period i completed Fabrication and installation of Heat Exchanger, Storage Tanks, Piping, and Cooling tower modification.
Fabrication & installation of piping and structural supports also completed all activity related to Mechanical.
❖ I have worked with ENGRO as a Client Mechanical Officer at ENGRO Rice Plant Muridke from 25-11-2011 to still now
WORKING RESPONSBELITY
➢ Looking after all site activities of fabrication, Erection, Testing and final handover of piping structure.
➢ Meetings with clients and contractors.
➢ Site supervision, looking after all site activities of Fabrication, Erection, Testing and final handover of piping.
➢ Fabricator and erection of piping and related structural.
➢ Work planning and Control.
➢ Preparation of methodology and discussion with the client.
➢ Material Procurement and follow up.
➢ To prepare materialist according to drawings and issuing the material from warehouse.
➢ Spool marking on isometric drawings.
➢ Pipe marking and cutting.
➢ Beveling (Single/Double), grinding, fit=up the joints according to approved procedure
➢ Spools Dimension verification before start welding.
➢ To verify spool dimensions after welding.
➢ To identify the spool with weld no's, spool no's as per drawings.
➢ Arranging the fabrication according to materials group (CS, SS, Duplex, Alloy steel)
➢ Piping erection as per approved drawings plans & P & I diagram.
➢ To complete the lines, installation of valves and connect with equipment.
➢ To complete the punch list point.
➢ Cleaning, flushing / air blowing the lines.
➢ To prepare daily progress report.

❖ I have worked with Descon Engineering Ltd. as a Leadman at Engro Fertilizer Pakistan Ltd. Daharki from 24-03-2009 to02-12-2010
❖ I have worked with Al Tariq Constructions (Pvt.) Ltd. as a Leadman at Project Bosicor Oil Refinery Ltd. from 27-07-2008 to 14-02-2009
❖ I have worked with Sargodha Textile Mills Ltd. as a Supervisor at PAF Road Sargodha Pakistan from 02-01-2008 to 19-07-2008
❖ I have worked with Siemens as a Fabricator at 175 MW CCPP Project Dharki District: Ghotki from 10-03-2007 to 08-12-2007
