Accountable for managing the delivery of critical projects, and for providing managerial
support for all the projects conducted by eBECS. Also responsible for providing
monthly financial and technical updates of any known issues/risks to Senior Manager.
Delivery of solutions for Microsoft Dynamics enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM) and business intelligence (BI) solutions.
I deliver agile Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM solutions by using (System Led Approach) where project consists of four phases: Analysis Design, Solution Build, Acceptance and Deployment.
That focus purely on delivering improved business performance measured by comprehensive business intelligence (BI). Our approach enable our clients to streamline and integrate processes, help to manage and optimize their Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 implementations.
Clients can create project workspaces for implementation, upgrade or maintenance activities with maximize onsite interactive
Duties:
Responsible for costing, estimating and planning projects.
Preparing Project Initiation documentation.
Responsible for ensuring best value is obtained for the project including supplier
base, use of internal and external resources.
Maintaining and completing Project Key Performance Indicators.
Writing detailed and summarized project progress reports.
Identifying, costing and processing any contract variations.
Tracking activities against the detailed project plans.
Updating project plans to include agreed changes.
Producing accurate financial reports.
Monitoring actual expenditure figures against project budgets.
Organizing and facilitating Project Steering / Operating Committees meetings.
•Developing Preliminary Project Scope Statement process addresses and documents the characteristics and boundaries of the project after receiving a project charter from top management.
•Developing a Project planning to eliminate or reduce uncertainty, Improve efficiency of the project, obtaining a better understanding of the objectives and providing a basis for monitoring and controlling work.
•Subdividing the major project deliverables and project work into smaller, more manageable components to creating a WBS which is Improve the accuracy of cost, time and resources estimates, Provide a baseline and Assign responsibilities.
•Controlling any changes happen to the project scope.
•Ensure that the project is completed within the approved budget using all tools and techniques.
•Defining the schedule activities involves identifying and documenting the work that is planned to be performed.
•Provide information and reporting on progress, performance and when there are relating to the program management team.
•To be the central information source and provide leadership for all matters relating to technology, processes and application.•Dealing the different Stockholders involved in the project in different areas (Suppliers, internal team members and customer).

• eService’s Project at Municipality of AlQassim (MoQ):
Project Response to design, develop, and implement the eServices, Internet and Intranet portals, Automated the business processes in MoQ by using the business process management tools (Appian BPM)as well as HRM system for MoQ.Integrating the eServices and underlying processes that require payments with SADAD Accelerator (A4SADAD).
