Pursuing leads as given by upper management, meeting clients, understanding client’s requirements and issues, and providing solutions for technical needs.
Responsible for providing full IT Solutions (Servers, Workstations, Networking, Security, Backup solutions, Microsoft products, software etc…).
Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services.
Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery.
Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both clients and company needs.
Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts.
Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
Preparing reports and feedback of meetings, conferences, trainings for upper management.
Installing and deploying all new SABIS® software applications and releases.
Ensuring full and proper usage of the software systems and solutions.
Reporting through SABIS® IssueTrak all encountered valid malfunctions and abnormalities in the SABIS® application software.
Setting up and maintaining all deployed end-user hardware (Workstations, PCs, Thin clients, Laptops and IWBs) and providing every needed user support to ensure proper IT operations.
Implementing, maintaining and overseeing the usage of all set SES standard IT policies and procedures.
Maintaining Servers and server rooms in terms and best condition of proper environment, functioning and security in alignment with the set standard policies and in coordination with SABIS® IT Infrastructure team.
Maintaining data integrity and backups.
Managing and maintaining SABIS® web school for Suleimaniah branch.
