• Respond to customer Request for Quotation’s related technical specifications and propose appropriate technical solutions. List all deviations and exceptions, provide options to meet requirement where available.
• Select products, components, ancillaries, and external services needed to complete the RFQ scope and prepare detailed quotations.
• List/analyze the scope of documentation to be supplied within the contract execution.
• Ensure complete costing of projects including contract handling related costs.
• Interact with Factory, Suppliers, and our Marketing and Sales Team to establish a tender.
• Provide technical assistance throughout the sales process as required.
• Keep a fully documented project file. Contribute to timely and accurate order acknowledgement; participate in execution kick off, and continue through to the contract handling start.
• Proper and clear transfer of project document files to contract handling department.
• Ensure that project handling is conducted in line with company procedures and QA policy.
• Qualify and select equipment and service vendors for packaged compressed air systems
• Execute all other administrative tasks as required by proposal department
