Freelance HR Consultant
- Aaccountable for partnering with all areas of the organization to support the business with their Human Resources needs as well as assisting in developing and retaining talent to meet our current and future organizational goals.
- Align with internal clients to develop policies, programs, practices and objectives
- Coach Division management on the effective management of people issues
- Partner with the business to monitor employee engagement and develop solutions to increase engagement and deliver on the employment brand
- Advise business leaders on employee relations issues
- Support management in the interpretation and application of HR policy and UAE labour law
- Obtain client input and engagement during the development of the HR strategy and annual operating plans
- Participate in the regular management meetings of the customers to understand the business situation and capture specific HR needs and issues
- Consult line management in disciplinary matters, and employee grievances
- Analyze people trends and issues for client group; effectively use information to provide recommendations on how to continuously improve employees productivity
- Support the business by developing a talent and staffing plan
- Provide input to Talent Acquisition team on internal talent potential to fill roles
- Support Division leadership and management through the performance management cycle, and yearly compensation planning
- Advise business leaders on impact of employee separation issues on business and talent
- Guide business leaders through change management initiatives
- Develop strong partnerships with senior and executive levels of management to act as a strategic business partner, coach and consultant for all aspects of HR and talent management
- Conduct exit interviews for voluntary separations
- Assist the VP of HR in recruitment of Senior Management across ADAC

• Work with organization/department senior leadership, identify Human Resources strategies and department requirements needed to develop and maintain a progressive work culture in support of effective recruitment, development, and retention of a high-performing organization/department staff
• Contribute to HR short and long-term projects to ensure all aspects of HR practice are covered
• Work collaboratively with HR units and Departments/Subsidiaries to support best practice in the recruitment and appointment process of new staff including induction and, as required instructing Finance of remuneration levels ensuring that the best outcomes are achieved for the Department/Subsidiary.
• Provide information to the Vice President HR on KPI for each Department/Subsidiary to ensure that bonuses and/or promotions are reviewed and consolidated in accordance with HR policies

Research, compile and summarize a variety of informational and statistical materials; compile and review budget figures
Initiate correspondence independently for own signature or by CEO; review finished materials for completeness, accuracy, format, compliance with policies and procedures, and appropriate English usage
Participate in the development, write up and implementation of new policies and procedures
Make appointments and maintains CEO calendar, schedule and arrange for meetings and make travel arrangements
Prepare and maintain payroll, statistical, and fiscal information

Provide supervision of support staff and set standards for dedicated human resource staff in the department
Collaborate in developing and implementing business strategies and changes in the department, including consolidation of staff, cross-training of staff, use of staff by more than one operating unit
Administer the time machine system for 115-120 employees and faculty members (vacation, holidays, sick leaves, special leaves, etc)
Coordinate for proper compensation/benefits with the institutional human resources department
Administer the TAC system for staff continuing education
Staffing, replacement changes and coordinate with Human Resources Department for arrangements
New employee orientation
Advise and assist management staff with interpretation and application of personnel policies and procedures
Prepare financial reports for budgetary purposes
