• Maintaining/updating records of various guarantees and insurances submitted by the Contractors, Consultants for various projects. Ensuring validity as required by the Contract

Evaluation of variations and recommendation to the client, VO preparation
Finalizing cost for provisional sum item in accordance with the contract
Rate analysis for new items and cost verification with estimate
Preparation on interim payment application, conducting site visit, monthly invoicing to the client
Coordination between the Contractor, the Project Manager & the Client representative through
Weekly meetings and workshops on case-by-case basis
Providing guidance to team members in complex issues
Ensuring other team members are following correct procedures established as per the contract
• Quantity take offs for procurement purpose, rate analysis and estimation for additional works
• Ensuring timely submission of interim valuation and coordinating with the client for timely receipt of payment
• Review of sub-contractor’s proposal and preparation of report
• Evaluation of Sub contractor’s interim invoice & issuing payment certificates
• Identifying, analysing & pricing variation based on the conditions of contract
• Preparation of cost report & cash flow review/forecast
• Liaison with Project Manager, Cost Consultant & Site Team
• Maintaining an up-to-date record for consumption of resources with respect to corresponding progress
• Providing assistance to Senior Management for preparation of EOT(Extension of Time), prolongation and acceleration cost calculation
• Infrastructure project includes approximate length: Sewerage Network: 24 km, Drainage Network: 13 km, Road Work: 19 km Road, Potable Water etc.
• Reported to the Asst. Resident Engineer.
• Implemented drawings & specification at site.

• Monitoring and finding solution for practical problems during construction up to handling over stage. Justification of contractors billing and verification of claim.

I was hired for short term contract for Cement Mill Expansion Project, by CemTech Austria. I was responsible for execution of site and study of all RCC and Steel Structure Detailing and Implementing on site.
Project included construction of Cement Mill Foundation, Mill Building, Electrical & Pipe Trenches, Conveyor Foundations, Tunnel, Electrical Room & Water Tank. It was entirely an Industrial project and I woked as a Site Incharge - Reporting to Resident Manager
• Construction of Residential and Commercial project. HSBC Software Development (I) Center, at Kalyaninagar, Pune. It is a Multi-Storied commercial building with international standards. Flat Slab and Post Tensioning System has been adopted with 54' High Atrium. I was responsible for Structural Work as well as BOQ & BBS preparation/checking for Final Billing by Detailed Drawings & Site Joint Measurement with Sub Contractors.
Working as a Jr. Engineer, I was responsible for RCC member checking for multistory residential/commercial buildings. I was also responsible for quantity survey and preparation of bar bending details.
4 Year Degree course - full time in Civil Engineering branch. Subject includes Theory of Structure, Construction Technology, Strength Of Materials, Design of RCC and Steel structures, Quantity Surveying and Contracts Management.
