Analyze the proposed drawings and find out the way of installation of lights and cables routing for it.
Quotation making for the projects.
Monitor & coordinating the lights installation and cable laying works in the site.
Ensure quality standard in the work.
Ensure safety standard in the work.
Convey Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports to Manager.
Ensure the project should complete with in schedule period.
Attend the regular meeting with clients.
Planning and monitoring the activities of supervisors and labors.
Testing and commissioning of all electrical equipment from 415 volts to 33 KV system.
Testing of Power transformers, CT, PT, Circuit Breaker, CBCT, ELR, OLR and other electrical equipments.
Testing of power cables(HT/LT), testing of motors(HT/LT).
Knowledge of Transformer protection, Transformer differential protection &
REF protection, Bus bar protection, motor protection.
Operation and maintenance of power plant and sub-station.
Trouble shooting of all electrical circuits, control and protection circuits.
Co-ordination with client in as built scheme drawing submission, test report submission.
Roles and responsibilities -Wind Turbine Projects, India:
•Planning the Erection of 33kv OH Transmission line work, 33 Kv DP (Switching unit with step up transformer) Erection work.
•Monitor & co ordinating all the Erection and Commissioning works done by the contractors and sub-contractors
•Ensure quality standard in the work.
•Ensure safety standard in the work.
•Convey Daily, Weekly, Monthly to Superior Reports.
•Check the Bills of the contractors for work completion.
