I am looking after countrywide sales and marketing functions of the company. Currently, 550 retail outlets are operational which are being managed through a team of professionals. Besides Sales & Marketing, development of new retail outlets, fleet cards and logistic are directly working under my supervision.
My annual volumetric target is 1, 800, 000 MTs of white oil and 3, 600, 000 liters of lubricants.

I have established a new Oil Marketing Company (OMC) with marketing license from OGRA and developed retail network of 100 sites, hired staff, completed design and detailed engineering of retail outlets, retail visual identity, sales, supply chain & construction of oil depots. ERP has been developed. Liaise with Government, refineries, OCAC and other public sector organizations on ongoing basis. Development of business processes. Developed a long term lubricants business plan for oil change centers. Established 15 state of the art oil change centers across the country.

Launched company’s own brand of lubricants. Achieved annual sales targets of lubricants.
