-Welcoming patients and visitors
-Checking in and scheduling patient appointments
-General administrative duties i.e. filing, scanning, registering
-Taking telephone calls and answering e-mails, attending patient’s needs and inquiries so maximum numbers of inquiries are handled quickly and forwarded on responsibly to relevant team member
-Coordinating between patients and doctors
-DHA (Dubai Health Authority) statistics
-Translation when needed, Arabic-English

-Follow up of students 6months after SFI and statistical surveys
-Administrative tasks such as cash management, book management
-Helping children with various tasks such as writing and reading in English
-Teaching adult immigrants Swedish and social studies
