Achievements:
•Promptly re-baselined project schedule for a pipelaying project, taking into account the updated scope and changes to key dates communicated by the developer. Established a new project monitoring systems based on these changes.
•Successfully created an initial project schedule for a new floating wind farm.
•Allocating resources (labour and machine) eficiently that optimised project performance. Key Responsibilities:
•Support project and communicate progress of gas pipeline project, identify risks, and establish progress measurement system.
•Monitor critical path and weekly project progress. Identify opportunities to improve progress.
•Serving as the Project Planning and Control Engineer on 2 ofshore wind projects including 1 Pre-FEED (Front End Engineering Design) project for a Floating Wind Farm, and the installation of foundations and topside for a wind farm in execution. This includes establishing baseline programme and developing project control monitoring systems.
•Analysing crucial drilling statistics for a wind farm foundations project. Identified any short coming in performance to highlight any issues with machinery.
•Collating input from team to compile monthly report whilst ensuring accuracy and quality of data.
Achievements:
• Played a key role in the development of key metrics and established a weekly reporting system that has been standardised across the department and is used on all other projects.
• Analysed statistics pertaining to resource utilisation, cost forecasting, resource levelling and advising where most benefit could be gained from additional resources.
• Actively led discussions focused on optimising shipping schedules and logistical matters, which has successfully yielded improvements in scheduling and cost efficiencies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serving as the Lead Planner on 4 offshore wind projects (Racebank, East Anglia ONE, NNG, Moray West) and supporting numerous tender projects, including activities for Design Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Transport and Onshore & Offshore Construction of the Wind Turbine Package.
• Responsible for developing detailed schedules incorporating all aspects of the projects and identifying interfaces between various packages.
• Developed planning monitoring systems identifying schedule risks and opportunities.
• Analysing weather data and incorporating statistical P50 weather downtime into the programme.
• Establishing baseline, identifying schedule risks and impacts by conducting what-if scenarios.
• Tracking actual progress and analysing schedule performance, monitoring of payment milestones and cost forecasts.

• Subject matter expert in Schedule and Cost Risk Analysis. Rolled out training to colleagues on tools, processes, and technique.
• Supported the department in transitioning planning and controls tool from Microsoft Project to Primavera P6 including establishing new procedures, creating new reports and KPIs, and training team members.

• Mapped project scope, objectives and streamlined efforts toward attaining optimum project configuration in line with critical success factors.
• Formulated strategic plans, ascertained resource allocation estimates, monitored project progress and informed the same to team, clients, service managers to enable proactive management.
• Baselined a fully cost and resource loaded schedule with 160, 000 manhours to support EVM reporting.
• Performed monthly review and analysis of Actuals vs Planned for cost and schedule performance, monitored profit/loss and reviewed risk contingency budget.

• Implemented a new subcontractor schedule evaluation process that significantly improved the data quality of the programmes submitted by the subcontractors.
• Optimised project dates across portfolio of projects to be more cost and resource efficient by aligning subcontractor’s onsite activities. This allowed for significant cost savings across the portfolio.
• Developed a new weekly EVM one page report that provided management and the client clarity on the performance of work packages from subcontractors.
