Conducted promotion boards for timely postings of Water Wing Officers against available vacancies in Diamer Basha Dam Project, Dasu Dam, Mohmand Dam etc and other projects of national importance.

Prepared and executed Succession Plan of Civil Engineers for key posts of Project Directors in Wapda.

Introduced Skills Matrix for identification and appointment of key positions.

Prepared and implemented Job Rotation plan for 80+ Civil Engineers of Grade-17 for further elevation in Grade-18.

Successfully managed postings on deputations from outside Wapda.

Formulated and executed training plan for all Water Wing Employees.

Processed Nominations from Wapda on Foreign Funded Scholarships as required under SOP of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Ministry of Water Resources.
