Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Selection / Talent Acquisition: • Establishing and maintain solid working relationships with senior leaders across TDW to actively recruit for senior-level roles for MH&GOA operations
• Responsible for all level of hiring of all Businesses -Sales, Network, Commercial, CS, Admin, Security.
• Interviewing and screening candidates, smoothly operations of end to end Recruitment and Selections along with Vice Presidents, Division Heads and CXO's for assigned positions. Managing both the internal and external recruitment process. Provide continuous feedback to hiring managers.
• Managing the presentation, Organograms, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting, deliver and negotiate job offers with candidates, including coordination and explanation of salary packages, benefits, and relocation.
• Collaborating with other departments in HR (Compensation, Benefits, Associate Relations, and Relocation) to resolve issues and drive improvements to candidate experience, process, etc.
• Managing the pre-employment screening process, including reference checks and all applicable background checks and screenings.
• Maintaining accuracy of the candidate tracking system (ATS) for reporting and compliance. Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities.
• Ensuring all recruiting practices is in compliance with applicable local employment laws and company policy. Responsible for promoting and maintaining fair employment practices.
• Taking the lead in identifying, negotiating and managing the relationships between the business partner, HR and external search firms.
• Continuous improvement: refine and increase the quality of search delivery and the diversity of slates. Stay abreast of employment trends affecting the recruitment function, current employment legislation and policies.
• As time permits, involvement and execution of additional global talent initiatives.

2. Post Offer Activities: • Facilitating executive on-boarding sessions with new hires and their staffs and provides recommendations to HR Business partners on future opportunities.
• Following up with all the offered candidates and help them to complete joining formalities including completing background checks, filling up joining documents

3. Inductions / Orientations and Trainings: • Providing Induction training to new employees, arrange inductions meeting with departmental heads.
• Responsible for developing & co-ordination of Induction Training, EHS Induction Training/ Functional Training MIS, inductions with different Departmental Head
• Induction of the new joining employees and facilitating them or Resource Management in organization.
• Familiarizing new joiners with the organizational environment as well as completing all joining formalities

4. Reporting Structure:-
• Reporting to HR Manager and Site Directors of Sales and Services.
• Reporting at Corporate Office - DAKC, Mumbai to Regional Head, HR for Recruitment, Manpower Strength, Leaves, Costing, HRMIS, Attrition Analysis etc.

Achievements: Closed 30 critical Senior and Mid-level position in just 3 months of joining.

Responsibilities: Network Assurance of WiMax, POTS, BIA

1. Network assurance of WiMax - Ensuring avaibility of WiMax N/W up to 99.99%.
2. BS Management - Monitoring of WiMax N/w thru Telsima Starmax NMS.
3. Handles alarms generated on IDU's through NMS like IDU unreachable, high temp, no pps, ODU
lost.
4. Action takes for such alarms/faults by doing preliminary analysis. Checks all the current alarms on that IDU if IDU is rechable. If any hardware or utility issue found related to BS/IDU, generates fault
ticket for that particular WiMax BS by mentioning all the details of BS/IDU, backhaul etc.
5. Remote fault handling by telneting the BS/IDU does the necessary changes If any parameter found
missing in the configuration or policy of the BS/IDU.
6. Ensuring resolution of faults within SLA by taking follow up with concern teams like DATA_NOC,
transport_NOC, Transport Wireless NOC, and OSP_NOC
7. Escalation of SLA violated faults to WiMax Lead, shift heads for early resolution.
8. Provides support to WiMax Engineers for BS related faults
9. Handles BS & SS provisioning activities through NMS
10. Monitoring the uptime of Cisco switches and maintain the broadband services to the customers
11. Checking the response of routers and monitoring the network, to make trouble ticket in case of Cisco
switch failure

Responsibilities: Wire line Operation & Maintenance, Planning, Service Delivery

1. Program management of enterprise and retail service order for various Activities pertaining to deployment, construction and service assurance team
2. Coordinating with Circle Deployment, Construction, Project team and providing the necessary support to make the network ready for provisioning of enterprise customer
3. Coordinating with NHQ team such as SOMG, NOC, data operations team, transport operations team, Planning for making site ready for service for Enterprise Customer
4. Resolving the network build service order for network element visibility of OME, CISCO, etc
5. Resolving the issue related to closure of SO (Service Orders) in different tasks, visibility in clarity, GIS at NHQ
6. Being in NHQ, coordination with circle engineers and leads through audio/video conference to understand their requirement thus giving helping hand to solve the issues relating LMDS, UBR, DLC faults
7. Planning the spares for Operation & Maintenance while coordinating with Engineers, SMEs and Leads to ensure the LMDS, UBR, DLC spare availability in the circles to overcome the hardware faults
8. Being in NHQ regularly follow-ups the circle team for closure of LMDS, UBR, DLC faults within SLA
9. Calculating and analyzing the SLA Compliance on the basis of Completed and Pending service orders of every weekend and month end and evaluating best performing circle

Customer Related
1. Coordinating with Business (Integrated customer operation) team for related to customer issues.
2. Acting as CSAM (Customer Service Assurance Manager) and prioritizing the customer on the basis of revenue and coordinating with field Engineer to resolve the fault within SLA.

Learning & Development, Vendor Coordination
1. Working as training coordinator and arranging training & Vendor Presentation for all the circles NHQ team through classroom and VC
2. Managing different LMDS, UBR vendors for RMA (Return Material Authorization) process, handling the Return & Repair process of the faulty units, coordinating with commercial team for PO issued to vendor on time
3. Arranging Vendor meeting and presentation of product with SA, preparing MOM

EPBT Refurbishment
1. Handling the Class A, B, C EPBT refurbishment process, on the basis of the circle requirement
2. Tracking the process of sending the faulty EPBT from all the circle to vendor for refurbishment and coordinating with vendor to send the refurb EPBT on time specified

SAP Activities
1. As a end user handling Material Management activity of supply the spares to all the circles by using MM
Module.
2. Working in PM module for LMDS, UBR, and DLC network element updating
