-Design and implement a strategic, Risk and General Policies business plan that expands customer base and ensures our presence in the market, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships that result in incremental support.
-Improve &development performance of KPI’s areas .
-Drive business initiatives and development, attract new clients, seize new business opportunities and develop strategic Partnerships.
-Effectively manage the Commercial, Customer Service, and Operations teams to create a teamwork culture aimed at achieving unified goals, and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
-Strive for, and be innovative in cost reduction and cost saving initiatives.
-key position with leading an established and capable commercial team, which provides support across the whole sales cycle of the business. This involve: -
a) Defining commercial strategy.
b) Legal and compliance considerations
c) Contractual negotiations
d) Assisting with the bid & proposal stages of new contract wins
e) Pricing and profit modelling
f) Developing longer term forecasts
g) Client management
-Ensure the achievement of quarterly and annual sales targets and management-based objectives that will be communicated from time to time.
-Prepare personal development plans and reviews for staff ensuring that local HR laws are adhered to at all times .
-Foster a team environment based on sound business judgment, problem solving and leadership.
-Accurate pipeline management, forecast accuracy and strict and continuous CRM (SFDC) system up to date with all sales related activity.
-Any other relevant responsibilities, as and when assigned by immediate superior

Key Account Project’s essential from A to Z in use with action on all matters.
Dealing with the shippers, freight forwarder, shipping liners agency and receiving destination site on the way to organized all required.
Arrange the chartering contract party with all necessary.
Organizing financially parts in or out requesting of budgetary needed.
Controlling wholly operations stuff team / shipments handling in process to growth services company.
Dealing directly with the procurement incase any required or materials requested.
Supports all origins branches incase any special services requested.
Consignees’Pipeline to be updating monthly.
Responsibly of all chartering supports services ( LCT, barges, BB vessel, support tugs, loading / unloading with insure securing safety process,
Dealing with the all units Arab emirates customs on the way to keep the Consignees updated whatever in case any amended tariff as per actual or any new process required such as Oil/Gas Government agreement and process,
Insure of following the payment /Billing invoices with arrangement the same on the time requested with fixing any issue or clarification required with both parts,
Handling all freight forwarder pricing biding specially the required for oils / Gas emirates island…. like Petrofac projects, Zadco projects UZ100.UZ750, ADMA OPCO.
Cost saving with decision giving the solutions in all required projects points whatever any difficulties happened,
Updating the strategic campaigns with improving services required Example : team stuff, Projects Procedure, operation plans, solutions & ideas .
Specialized on heavy lifts equipment’s .
Handling CCC / CCEL / Shell / Majnoon FCP Gas Project at Iraq - all Logistic progression .
Managing /Leadership the operation team for forward guiding.
NR projects Developed by the way of cost reductions.
Project planning rules thru all partners.
Settle BIMCO/ booking chartering Notes with vessel owners or third party.
Competitor Marketing Broker by means of resolutions solutions Projects.
Transportation Law expert and indemnity policies Insurances .
Subsidiary Third party services & researcher project sub- contracting.
KPI besides Financial projects budgetary.
Certified logistics communication managing and logistics cargo’s maneuver.
Long term Freights Contracting /filing matched rates with shipping liners.
