Prepare yearly Business plan, Monitor & evaluate Target Progress, conduct daily sales operation, lead the sales staff Engineers and coaching them. Manage Suppliers communication & Prepare Orders, dimension them follow all logistic issues & documents shipment documents ill arrival, finding new product & Solution, Monitor Department KPIs. closely. Mange Distributors & Design new Models for them. Mange Inventory Stock (optimize Stock Value, availability). Insure customer satisfaction and handle unsolved conflicts.
Managing GOK Radio Sites (+1000) + Switches & Data Centres (23 Switches).
Responsible for Generators, Air Conditions, UPSs Rectifiers, Investors, MDBs, Switch-gears, ATS, Fuel Tanks, Solar Panel, Backup batteries, cables, Controllers etc.
Follow up the daily operation & Maintenance & Customer SLA, Contractors SLA.
Managing Contractors of Radio, power, OSP Civil .
Manage & Verify Approvals of Spare Parts.
Mange Network availability & Insure All KPIs are met. Analyse reports to figure out the root cause for power outages.
Follow up the daily operation & Maintenance with outsource Companies (Approvals of Spare Parts & Fuel Management, Analysis OMC reports for root cause analysis).
Prepare the Weekly and Monthly report for Zain SD Network availability & Insure that KPIs are met.
Prepare & review technical specification for procurement section.
Technically evaluate bids for procurement for purpose of supplier selection.
Update Company fixed assets registry with finance, accept spare parts in warehouse,
Follow with venders new technologies for power saving & fuel Management to reduce OPEX.
Participate in the Expansion & re habitation of Zain Mogran Tier 4 Data Centre (UPS, Rectifier, Generator & Package Unit Air-conditions)
follow up the daily operation with in House technicians & contractors.
Analysis OMC report and direct maintenance teams accordingly.
Manage Work orders & Assets through CWorks CMMS.
Order spare parts from Warehouse to jobs, Analysis the call out received,
Make analysis for buy or repair decision to reduce OPEX.
Prepare Annual spare parts (Blanket order) for the section,
Update fixed assets with finance, follow up with purchasing section new spare parts requests and Accept them.
Follow with venders new technologies for power saving & reducing operation costs.
Design & Implement New lighting Systems (Light type, Luminous, sizing Cables, Sizing rods) by using DIALux & AutoCAD software.
Design & Implement Electrical work ( Lighting, Sockets, Generators, ACs, Single line Diagrams & load calculations & analysis for building Projects
