- A Leave Management Officer from December 2005 to present time. My tasks include the following:
- All leave management issues.
- Observing 12 Employees at leave managemnet and Personnel Reception Area who under my supervision They cover the fields of around 8, 000 employee leaves'.
- Dealing with two different staffs in two different fields.
- A Payment in installment Coordinator. My duties contain the following:
- payment in installment offers are given to RMH employees (agreements with companies togive special offers to the employees).
- the sales rated of this marketing project is approximately 5 million riyals per year.
- Responsible of publishing the employee handbook, choosing sponsors in order to distribute it among the local and international emlpoyees and choosing financial sponsors to publish it within their budgets.
- Manager of a habitable and commercial complex which contains 115 units for 12 years; occupied percentage was 20% at that time. After 6 months, the percentage increased to 80% and now the occupation became 100%.
- A Saudization Officer with RMH (Riyadh military Hospital) since 1998. My duties are as following:
- Communicating with different RMH Departments as related to Saudization and training.
- Communicating with External bodies with regard to Saudization.
- Coordinating with Training Dept. regarding the Training Programme of Saudization .
- Monitoring the Recontracting of RMH Employees.
- Attending interviews held for new candidates.
- Undertaking different activities related to Saudization.
Planning Specialist in HR responsible for maintaining Policies and Procedures of the Center as well as conducting salary analysis, and job evaluation. In addition, working on implementing a strategic plan for HR department with regrad to overall strategic plan for the center.
- I have held the responsibility of the organizing officer of two Human Resources Open Day Fairs held during April, 2003 and December 2004.
The two fairs were meant to orient all RMH staff about the activities of the Human Resources Department including introducing new hospital-wide policies and procedures. The fairs realized sizeable income for the hospital from sponsoring companies.
