•Participated in Project Kick off Meeting and Preparation of Billing Schedule
•Studied the Plant Layout and identified the technical changes and correctness
•Prepared and Identified the total scope of work for the entire plant and identified the potential Sub contractor for executing the project
•Preparation of BOQs for the area wise structural and piping materials takeoff as per Isometric drawings
•Independently handled ordering, enquiry & inspection of major equipments like pumps, heater, silencer, heat exchanger etc to vendor, data sheet evaluation, technical freezing, commercial negotiation and order finalization
•Gained good experience in project related procurement, strategic sourcing, rate-contract handling, spend analysis and negotiation, scope evaluation for services, and finalizing commercial terms and conditions
•Execute Project(s) in accordance with the established Equipment delivery work process and consistent with customer’s contractual requirements & expectations
•Handle and address cross departmental issues, including specialist engineering issues related to Equipment integration with other Linde technologies
•Meticulously planned the procurement activities with respect to the schedule of the project by expediting and follow up for the entire deliverables of the project on time

•Review of technical spec. of process equipment, Piping Components / In-line piping components/Bill of materials and related Quality Assurance Plan
•Submission and obtaining approval, mitigating comments/observations of engineering documents from project management consultant
•Review and scrutiny of vendor’s and contractor’s invoice
•Liaison with client, supplier, technical consultant and various functional departments to attend TPD review meetings and produce all documentation and minutes as appropriate
•Technical discussion with Process Team regarding Line sizing, Line Pressure drop analysis, Pump NPSH Calculation, Safety Valve sizing, Thermal Rating of Heat Exchanger, HAZOP Study
•Planning Budget, Cash in-flow & out flow, preparation of monthly cost and sales plan and meeting the monthly sales target as per the approved billing schedule
•Support Project Manager/ Manager of Projects with project close-out activities including Final Data Books, and final handover including commissioning spares
•Reviewing pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures
•Take ownership of company’s QHSE policy and create a safe working environment

& Handled a team of 2 engineers and 20 Manpower
•Monitoring of progress at site, review of contractor’s billing
•Monitored process and ensured that use of all safety procedures was followed consultants (M/S Siemens Via, M/s Mecon).
•Involved in Basic Engineering Drawings, Approval of Engineer Drawings, ordering of equipments, and Inspection Equipments, and finalizing the Erection contractors.
•Direct procurement of various Piping Materials including Valves, fittings, pipes as per ASME Standards, involved in ordering of Pump House equipments like Pumps, Heat Exchanger, Bellows, Strainers etc
•Review of P&ID's, Layouts, Isometrics & various piping related drawings and documents
•Involved in Testing, Clearing, Commissioning and Trial Run and charging of Water System, Pumps, Valves
•Monitored process and ensured that use of all safety procedures was followed
•Project Successfully completed on March 2012.

DISSERTATION
•Develop SAS system (Site Administrative Services) which helped in optimizing the bulk material costs and organizing delivery and record of piping materials at site
•Executed project of Installation & Commissioning of 1000 TPD Air Separation Plant, valued at 46 million USD for Bhushan Steel at record breaking profit margin
•Involved in development of a unified and systematic Term Agreement for LSTK Contracts which helped in streamlining the bidding process
•Developed Master agreement and rate contracts for bulk piping materials which helped in optimizing the cost to a great extent resulting in savings of 0.5 million USD per annum, it also streamlined the bidding process remarkably
