•Participated in Project Kick off Meeting and Preparation of Billing Schedule
•Studied the Plant Layout and identified the technical changes and correctness
•Prepared and Identified the total scope of work for the entire plant and identified the potential Sub contractor for executing the project
•Preparation of BOQs for the area wise structural and piping materials takeoff as per Isometric drawings
•Independently handled ordering, enquiry & inspection of major equipments like pumps, heater, silencer, heat exchanger etc to vendor, data sheet evaluation, technical freezing, commercial negotiation and order finalization

•Review and scrutiny of vendor’s and contractor’s invoice
•Liaison with client, supplier, technical consultant and various functional departments to attend TPD review meetings and produce all documentation and minutes as appropriate
•Technical discussion with Process Team regarding Line sizing, Line Pressure drop analysis, Pump NPSH Calculation, Safety Valve sizing, Thermal Rating of Heat Exchanger, HAZOP Study
•Planning Budget, Cash in-flow & out flow, preparation of monthly cost and sales plan and meeting the monthly sales target as per the approved billing schedule
•Support Project Manager/ Manager of Projects with project close-out activities including Final Data Books, and final handover including commissioning spares
•Reviewing pre-commissioning and commissioning procedures
•Take ownership of company’s QHSE policy and create a safe working environment

•Developed Master agreement and rate contracts for bulk piping materials which helped in optimizing the cost to a great extent resulting in savings of 0.5 million USD per annum, it also streamlined the bidding process remarkably
