• Oversee all the HR operations and ensure they are all aligned with our business goals.
• Working closely with the management and employees to improve work relationships and increase the productivity
• Assist in the identification of high potential employees in order to create a pool of talent and coordinate with the Training & Development department for their development needs.
• Conduct the exit interviews for leavers; generate & analyze reports related to separation.
• Implement and maintain disciplinary action matrix in line with applicable polices & procedures and labor law.
• Supervise the performance review process by ensuring proper implementation of the system,
• Review HR policies & procedures and recommend enhancements to the learning and development department.
• Initiate and maintain an open communication channel with the employees and managers, and facilitate the management team to bring best solutions for the employees.
• Support, coach and provide employees and managers with professional’s advice on HR issues, and ensure that HR policies and procedures are properly implemented.
• Create and implement automated statistical reports as requested in order to ensure proper staffing analysis and recruitment process monitoring.
• Oversee the needs assessments for employee training and development in order to enhance performance.
• Perform field HR visit on regular basis and address HR issues with managers by coaching and providing advice on areas of improvement.
• Establishing strong rapport with hiring managers to understand their strategic staffing needs (requirements, preferences, staffing priorities and practical constraints) and fills vacancies in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all HR policies & procedures are regular reviewed & implemented.
• Working through Company guidelines and processes to conduct investigations and resolve complaints.
• Develop recruitment plans based on staffing need and select most appropriate recruitment methods to source candidates.
• Developing innovative reporting in areas such as salaries, employee benefits, & department needs in order to facilitate access to information.
• Planning & conducting new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
• Identifying training needs and advise the training department to develop the knowledge of awareness of the employees.
• Liaising with line managers to ensure a full understanding of their requirements and preferences, as well as interview and select applicants who meet the specified criteria for the position as per the set company policy.
• Conducting competency-based interviews and uses appropriate assessments.
• Making offers to successful applicants negotiates when necessary and regrets unsuccessful applicants.
• Checking candidates’ references with their previous employers.
• Updating the candidates’ database systems as required.
• Providing a high level of customer service to candidates, colleagues and line managers.
• Building effective working relationships with placement agencies, colleges and universities for recruitment purposes.
• Preparing employees separation notice and related documentation, and conduct exit interviews to determine reasons behind separation and Participating in salary surveys to determine competitive wage rate.
• Sourcing candidates, screening, interviewing and proposing them to department concerned.
• Ensuring application of internal policies and procedures.
• Handling all separation process and exit formalities in coordination with the Human Resources Director.
• Preparing reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
• Coordinating all Training activities.

• Ensuring compliance with Labor Law regarding HR issues.

• Delivering training for different staff levels from line up to supervisory level in two hotels' properties (Cairo & Sharm El Sheikh).
• Coordinating all training administrations.
• Developing a variety of training courses for the supervisory level.
