HR BUSINESS PARTNER
- Acting as an advisor to the different functions in HHC and facilitating dialogue between the functions and HR to discuss and agree on matters related to HR, including talent management, recruitments, succession planning, performance management, and organization structure/changes.
- Managing and overseeing change management activities within different functions in line with corporate requirements.
- Working as a “strategic partner” to different functions in supporting people-related needs.

VP PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE
- Worked with the Project Management team to establish and manage the Regional Project management office function with the regional business unit.
- Working directly with the Vice president and leadership team to lead transformation-related activities.
- Working with the PMO team to anticipate risks and provide mechanisms to flag potential interventions and mitigation plans.
- Providing mentoring, expert advice, and direction to the team to drive positive project outcomes.
- Assisted in the design and development of staff migration processes from the Ministry of Health to the Health Holding Company
- Working with global, regional, and local client stakeholders

PROCUREMENT/ FINANCE
- Ensure new RFP is submitted to HHC for clusters and BU.
- Following up on old and new RFP for clusters and BU.
- Completing COC for contracts
- Monitor and follow-up contracts.
- Monitor and follow up on budgets with the vendor.

COMMUNICATION AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT
- Ensure key messages are communicated to the team as required from the HHC HQ.
- Developed House Rules and office etiquette manual for the new joiners.
- Responsible to onboard BU/ Clusters new joiners on Health transformation and WBU function and roles.
- Plan and organize gathering activities to enhance communication and share knowledge between WBU and the Stakeholder such as monthly CEO’s connect, and annual business units connect.
- Improve Learning Culture in the BU by creating a learning day space (once a week) for WBU staff and encouraging them to complete their online training programs, and attend “GetTogether” for two hours to share knowledge by WBU VP, Directors, SMEs, Guest Speaker, and participate in book club sessions.
- Enhance team bonding by planning social gatherings and team-building activities.
- Joined the Employees Voice Committee as a member to Improve the workplace environment, ensure the execution of employees’ suggestions and maintain their engagement, and promote HHC values.
