Job description about senior cost accountant :-
Responsible for the costs of all glass and accessories starting from the receipt of the supplier until its entry in the stores.
Converting the foreign invoices prices to domestic currency "SAR" and allocating shipping expenses and custom clearance fees on invoice items to calculate the total cost and the actual cost for every item.
controlling all processing stages of products starting from being standard product until become ready to deliver.
Preparing journals, monitor the fund through the system, follow-up customer, suppliers, prepare the accounts statement and Negotiating with Clients/Vendors for the best price. Liaison with Banks on financial matters (receipts, deposits). Liaison with external & Internal Auditors.
Auditing and reconciliation of accounts with external auditor.
Handling Petty Cash of the Company and Maintaining cash flow for running of day to day business. the preparation of the final accounts and Supporting budget/forecasting process in addition to the administrative side.
