My job responsibilities included the coordination of the following activities associated with Facilities Management and
MEP Installations.

* Manage a team of supervisors to ensure all work is done to the highest standards in accordance with the
applicable safety standards.
* Handle the task of scheduling and planning maintenance work to ensure smooth operation of system.
* Designed and implemented special strategies related to maintenance procedures.
* Reporting the daily activities and next day plan to the Facilities manager on daily basis.
* Troubleshoots the equipment problems to determine their cause and recommends options for eliminating such
problems. Includes carrying out tests on equipment.
* Ensure operations are efficiently maintained by completing project functions on time and budget.
* Manage and support engineering technicians group to reach established goals.
* Maintain employee’s technical competence and strive for excellent customer service.
* Conduct analysis and propose procurement of facilities services.
* Floating inquiries to the sub-contractor for the site inspections and Quotations.
* Preparing Quotation & Estimation for all kinds of MEP works.
* Worked with company’s vendors and supervised subcontractors during various maintenance projects to ensure
proper completion of work performed at facilities.
* Planning for resources and manpower for smooth operation.
* Coordination with various departments for smooth site operation.
* Consulted with customers in regard to improved efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Conducted regular maintenance checks on facility buildings and outbuildings.
* Carryout the periodic inspections on the buildings and submitting the reports to the client with the
recommendations. Preparing and submitting the Monthly Report to the client.
* Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all Electrical and ELV related works at site.
* Estimates prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment and tools
etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
* Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Project
Manager for approval prior to execution at site.
* Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications
prior to execution of any jobs.
* Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site. Plans the
execution of all electrical related works and coordinates the works to mechanical and civil groups.
* Coordinates with Client / Consultant’s representatives for any site instructions and inspection of works. Assign
targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all electrical groups at site.
* Submits site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or
as required. Supports the Project Manager in accomplishing all the goals and targets for the electrical groups at
site.
* Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents,
project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national or international standards.
* Directly responsible for the safety of all electrical groups’ personnel of the project by ensuring that the project
execution will be done according to all applicable health, safety, sanitary and environmental standards.
* Responsible for design review & implementation of suitable solutions of Video Surveillance, Access Control,
Public Address, Nurse Call System, Digital Antenna System, Fire Alarm System, Energy Management Control
System and Building Management Systems.
* Overseeing the design and installation of all LV/ELV systems through construction to commissioning stage.
* Preparing advance programming schedule incorporating with client’s program of work, daily progress report and
attending weekly coordination meeting. Scheduling meetings with consultant, client and contractors.
* Sending RFI, RFC and MIR as per the site requirements and providing method statements. Quality planning for
different stage of installation.
* Performs other related duties as may be required by the Project Manager.
