• Handling all of the Maintenance and promotional expenses make the journal entry with it's cost center and budget if needed and make the payment procedures according to the company and tax authority's policies.
• Negotiations with insurance companies for the best rate to cover potential risks like Public & Product Liability, Shipments, Business Interruptions and the property of the company.
• Making Analytical financial reports for each month to apply accrual basis concept accurately and discover un productive expenses.
• Guide other department like marketing &maintenance and human resources throw the financial procedures of any issue.
• Recording all transactions related to Fixed assets" Projects under constructions- Advance payment & coding the Asset & Record it & make the Depreciation records based on monthly basis
• - Importing from out of Egypt Accounts and costing.
• Make the stage analysis for each project comparing the contractor extract to company calculations and computing the variance to clarify the extra expenses put in the project.
• Proceed Fixed assets stoking based on a periodic basis and update all the fixed assets status and responsibility.
• Make the proper documents required by the bank to release the shipment official documents" vendor invoice, Bill of Lading, packing list, Euro Certificate ...etc, "
• Following the clearance agent to clear the shipment in proper time manner avoid any demurrage or delay in production for the critical RM.
• Make regular Journal Entry and book keeping. .
• Making Analytical financial reports for each month to apply accrual basis concept accurately and discover un productive expenses
• Managerial tasks related warehouse and other Suppliers
• Mange Insurance Policies & Negotiations.
• Make a Regular yearly Budget for the general expenses & Contracts
