• Directly responsible to manage the whole recruitment processes.
• Initiate the recruitment process in response to Divisional Heads' recruitment requests based on approved organization structure & manpower plan.

• Recommend and agree with the Head of HR in identifying cost effective methods for sourcing high calibre UAE National Staff.
• Participate proactively in career fairs for UAE Nationals and raise the profile of the Bank
• Work towards increasing the profile of the Bank as a "Preferred Employer" for UAE Nationals by liaising with Ajman University, HCT, Zayed University, UAE University etc., ensuring good relations and close ties.
• Manage and co-ordinate internships/ work experience programs for UAE National Students.
• Assist in the integration of UAE National Employees by providing appropriate HR support and guidance to both line managers and UAE National employees.
• Conduct Exit Interviews and analyze data, making recommendations when necessary for retention.
• Set annual Emiratization Targets for each Division and monitor achievement of targets to ensure that the Bank is in compliance with Central Bank directives.

• Won Emiratization Award 2009 achieved 42%.
