Currently working as a volunteer in creating a sample project based on project framework P3.express. This project is also in association with PMI Belgium. I am also working as a reseller partner of the company through my website (www.mypmcerts.com).
Supporting Project Manager in day to day monitoring and controlling of the Facility, Supporting Project Manager in planning ahead, of the events for any necessary replacement and repairs. Ensuring all documentation, manuals are available to the teams maintaining the products. Updating and maintaining the lessons log & Risk register throughout, and inform PM about any lessons learned. Producing documentation & assisting the Procurement department when required.
A) Worked In North south Railway project as a Team Manager. Agreed and received work packages from Project manager, created team plans and delivered the planned products within agreed tolerance and as per customer expectations, identified risks and raised issues during the project, Provide regular status reports to the Project Manager, maintained and updated the
project documentation and attended meetings with the stakeholders. Responsible for overseeing implementation works cable pulling, structured cabling, installation of PTZ cameras, Public Address speakers.
B) Worked in STC fixed access network project as a Site Engineer. Supervised, coordinated teams for the installation of MDU (MA 5698, MA 5612, small
cell) & did Pre PAT & PAT. Identified ways to best utilize resources and improve the performance. Updated and maintained the configuration item record and product status account after hand over of the products (deliverables) during the project to the client. Assisted PM in maintaining the issues register and reported the progress to the Project Manager.
Reporting to Quality control manager I was responsible for carrying out tasks related to quality activities, coordination with site engineers, site superintendents and customers quality inspectors for inspections. Raised the Non conformance reports when agreed quality tolerance as per Ma’aden standards was breached. Attending regular site meetings and updating the quality register. Checked the quality of the works like optical fiber cable
pulling, PVC conduit installation, OF splicing and jointing and checking the newly arrived material for its fit for purpose.
Worked under senior engineers to support them in the day to day maintenance of the Pakistan Telecommunication Staff College, responsibilities were to produce and update the documentation for the maintenance works like optical
fiber splicing, UTP connector termination, troubleshooting, installation and O&M of CCTV cameras, public address system.
