Key Accountabilities:
-Provide secretarial and administrative assistance to the Board of Directors;
-Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep her well informed of upcoming responsibilities, following up appropriately.
-Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with designated stakeholders.
-Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
-Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the organization.
-Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments.
-Assist with booking flights, hotels, transfers etc for the Board of Directors;
-Provide complete correspondence service, including faxes and email;
-Office management - perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work;
-Prepare Minutes of Meeting;
-Coordinate for visitors visit into Dubai - visa, flight booking, accommodation, transfers etc;
-Screen and respond to incoming calls and take appropriate action;
-Provide ad-hoc administrative tasks;
- Provide complete secretarial and administrative assistance to the President;
- Management of schedule - provide time management/diary service to the President;
- Administrative support to the heads;
- Make international travel arrangements;
- Assist with visits/visitors in terms of arranging refreshments, lunches, etc.
