Seconded to Engineering Service Department (ESD) at Public Works Authority (PWA) to provide Professional Services of Contracts Management and Quantity Surveying.
Pre-Contract:
•Prepare, analysis preliminary cost, Feasibility Studies and budget for new Tender.
•Prepare Technical and Financial Evaluations Reports and provide recommendation.
•Prepare and Review Tender Circulars and pre/post Tender clarification.
Post-Contract:
•Contracts Management, provide contractual advice to avoid/settle Disputes/Claims.
•Review, Validate Interim Payments and other Payments/Certificates.
•Review, Settle and Validate Variation Orders, Claims and disputes.

Manage all project day to day Post-Contract activities as site supervision consultant, reported to RE to control the project construction in line with contract and budget.

•Review & drafting Contractual correspondences & provide advice to avoid Disputes.
•Prepare, Review, Validate Interim Payments an any other Payments/Certificates.
•Study, prepare, settle Variation Orders & Claims and provide recommendation.
•Prepare cost estimation for potential Site Instruction to the Client decision.
•Advice Client for financial effect of Site Instructions/Variations on project’s budget.

Project: Construction of Sewage Flows from Doha South to West (140 million QR.).
Client: Ashghal (PWA) (DNPD - Projects Affairs).

In-House Project Management Consultant (PMC), Carrying out all Project Management Consultancy services including Pre/Post-Contract tasks of Contract department projects for Ministry of Culture and Sports.

Pre-Contract:
•Prepare Feasibility Studies for new proposed Tenders.
•Prepare, analysis preliminary cost and budget for new Tender.
•Create new Bills of Quantities for proposed Tenders
•Tender & Contract preparation, Technical & Commercial Evaluations.
•Carrying out correspondence/ meetings with Client, Consultant and Contractors.
Post-Contract:
•Carrying out all Post-Contract day to day correspondences for multiple projects.
• Prepare, review, validate & recommend of monthly Interim Payments certificates, Variations Orders, Costs.
•Provide advice for any Contractual issues, Claims & Disputes
•Managing different types of Contracts for Construction, Maintenance and Operation (O&M), Facilities Management.
•Review & evaluate GEC Consultants’ submissions and invoices.
•Participate in prepare budget reports for current and upcoming project of Ministry.

Coordinate design process and authority’s approvals, review the contracts documentations, attend meetings and design workshops with Ashghal to finalize all design stages, providing advice on contractual dispute and claims, create subcontractor and designer/consultant contracts work orders,
prepare all payments for Suppliers, Subcontractors and Client, prepare and & settlement the Variation Orders, Take-off quantities, allocating upcoming work to Subcontractors. - Doha- Qatar (45 million QR.).
