Develop and implement a Sales strategy and plans for both regional and export sales to generate optimal revenues through all sales channels.
• Develop and implement annual budgets and manpower plans that support and facilitates the Sales strategy and plans
• Set, cascade and agree on targets which contribute to achieving corporate sales revenue targets for all individual sales representatives as well as for the regional locations and export
• Drive sales of products across the sales channels and motivate the sales representatives to meet allotted targets whilst ensuring the highest levels of customer service
• Monitor, track and report on all sales activities and revenues on a regular and ongoing basis to ensure all sales representatives achieve their agreed targets thru the following:
- Weekly Sales Reps. Reports
- Monthly General Sales Report
• Establish and implement policies and procedures guiding all sales activities in order to protect revenues and profitability and prevent bad debts.
• Ensure to follow up on costumers’ payment on due time as agreed credit limit/payment terms and to adjust whenever necessary after coordination with Finance and GM approval.
• Ensures costumers’ documentations is always updated in case non-payment compliance of any specific costumer to take legal actions.
• Identify any new business opportunities for increasing sales revenues, working closely with the GM and Sales representatives to capture such new markets
• Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure reliable and timely delivery of stock
Identify opportunities for export sales and support the Sales representative to ensure such opportunities are followed up
• Establish customer service standards and ensure the highest levels of customer service at all times in order to acquire and retain customers
• Manage any specific customer queries /concerns escalated by the Sales team
• Provide management support across the department focusing on all aspects of good
people management which includes performance management and career development
• Propose marketing activities whenever required to support and achieve goals.
• Work with GM to review the company’s objectives after performing market research efforts to
analyze competitors’ strengths, pricing policies. (SWOT analysis)
