Sanabil took over the dealership of Chery Brand earlier 2021 and I have joined to extend my experiences and start the aftersales department from scratch
Current duties as below :
- Managing 3 Operating workshops.
- In pipeline there are another 5 new branches 2 will be ready by end f Q4 2021 & and the other 3 will be ready by end of Q1 2022.
- got over 8 years of experience in establishing new workshops (Contractor Selection, Constructions, Layout studying, selecting materials & Tools etc...).
- Responsible for the Department structure.
- Responsible for the department targets, KPI`s & CSI.
- Responsible for the department cost reduction & P&L.
- Following the daily sales move, attendance, work flow and workshops needs.
- Responsible for MOCI Cases and handling the cases all around the kingdom.
- Responsible for network expansion and the selection of sub dealers all around the kingdom.

i started working with the company after 7 month only from starting the business,
my duties currently as below :

the company is a sister company for my previous job and i shifted to this company upon the owner request.
my duties currently as below :
- managing 6 workshops + mobile service car.
- I designed and built 3 workshops out of the 6 + the mobile service car.

- operating the operation of VIP lounge at king Abdul Azziz airport and i was responsible for the Air side operation which contains around 50 BMW Cars, with a department of 97 employees.
- following the operation daily reports for 3 shifts with the shift supervisors.
- following the cars daily service reports for all the cars with the maintenance admin.
- follow all the daily schedules and customers booking.
- arranging the strategy of work to make sure that service been issued to each and every customer with satisfaction.
- minimizing the operations cost by having a daily reports for the related factors.
