Leading the offsite Fabrication Oversight team presenting WDBA supervising all the works related to offsite fabrication for all four components of the project (The Bridge, Canadian Port of Entry, US Port of Entry, and Michigan Interchange Upgrade Works)

Responsibilities include
• Review of offsite fabrication documentation and their readiness including Shop drawings per applicable approved design, Inspection and Testing Plans versus applicable standards, specifications, and special provisions, Fabrication Procedures versus applicable industry standards and specification requirements, and Fabricator's Quality Plans and Manuals to comply with Project agreement requirements.
• Managed the design consultants in fulfilling their contractual obligations concerning scope and role in supporting construction progress.
• Review of Release packages as part of the handover packages
• Presenting WDBA in all Offsite fabrication coordination meetings, pre-fabrication activities meetings, Package Pre-release meetings, Quality Issues / non-compliance resolutions meetings, and Comment Resolution Meetings.

Leading a team of Engineers and draftsmen in one of the most challenging Highways modifications inside the old city of Doha where an upgrade for existing Highways, Tunnels, and Bridges crossings with Local roads are required. Providing and coordinating the technical support/efforts required for the site execution and ensuring meeting all stakeholders/ client technical requirements.
Work included tunnel Road bridge strengthening and upgrade, new Prestressed Bridge Construction (30m Length- 4 Lanes), pilings work, modification of utilities accordingly, upgrade of interchange traffic arrangement and road safety furniture / Direction signs, curbing works, barrier system modifications and /marking.
Responsibilities included:
• Managing the engineering and the design development to suit the site conditions including introducing the first precast piers installations in road tunnel structures.
• Managed the structural engineering team, assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.
• Led the Survey works required to produce the shop drawings to suit/validate site conditions and coordinate works performed by satellite offices and subcontractors.
• Review subcontractor Structural Design and Drawings against the existing conditions captured through surveys.
• Evaluate and adjust periodically the resources and manhours needed to meet milestones.

Assigned as the Design Manager for one of Qatar’s Iconic Country Expressways (Orbital highway, renamed officially Al-Majd Road) managing the design processes and deliverables related to civil structural works with our Engineer of Record Motts and McDonald all way through execution which included Segmental bridges and flyovers, Mechanical Earth Retaining structures, utility protection, access structures, Surface drainage systems, and Road Safety Furniture / Directional Signs.
Responsibilities included:
• Provide required direction to consultants to ensure coordination and consistency between design and construction stages and fulfilling the design intent.
• Review of Design drawings to ensure completeness and meeting Contract requirements
• Developed Design Concepts for Qatar Petroleum (QP) Gas & Oil Lines Structural protection and earth retaining systems arrangement to meet standards/specifications and to integrate with Highway designed profile. Including precast culvert structures, mechanically stabilized earth (MSE) wall models and drawings, site civil works, and drainage.
• Supervise the structural design of Main Bridges, Ramp bridges, braiding structures, cycle path structures, approach slabs, and their foundations by specialized Design consultants ensuring delivering the scope of work meets contract standards and specifications, and review their submitted drawings before submission to Supervising consultant (AECOM) for Approvals and follow up to ensure that all outstanding comments have been closed to obtain approval.

The contract covers consultancy services in project management, construction supervision, and related activities for KOC's upstream oil and gas assets in Kuwait. Amec Foster Wheeler (Wood PLC) has a long-term project management contract with KOC and provides consultancy services across a series of projects, from concept through to construction management and execution.
Responsibilities included:
Working as a Lead CSA Design Engineer The role was to ensure that the project scope was performed to Client’s technical and safety standards within the project schedule and budget. This necessitates working closely with Contractors to support and facilitate the success of the subject project.
- Consultancy technical support for civil, structural, and architectural works related to FEED:
- Front End Engineering Design (FEED) Deliverable’s production, review, and modifications
