I had the great pleasure and honor to interact with Dr. Ossama Ismail for the last two years both professionally and personally. Dr. Ossama had contributed tremendously to the success of the company in general and to the areas of HR, planning, ISO certification, and re-certification in particular. He is one of those talents that no specific job description can contain or embrace him as he is a multi-tasks and multi-skilled person, therefore a skill matrix should be designed especially for him in an attempt to cover part of his capabilities and in-depth knowledge. He never put me down in any of the tasks I assigned to him. He excelled in the application of the HR functions and led to the fulfillment of the Corporate HR strategy and business plan goals and objectives. He had pivotal role in the certification and re-certification of ISO series. His rigorous follow up techniques ensured the completion of any tasks as scheduled, planned and in a very timely manner. Dr. Ossama knowledge and experience enabled him to be our core facilitator and trainer in our in-house training plan execution and yearly training activities. His calm assuring personality qualified him to be a great mentor and coach in different conflicts and disputes. As Dr. Ossama decided to resign to pursue training, coaching and consultation projects, I have no choice but to wish for him the best of luck in his future endeavors.
