Supervised and monitor Structural erection on Boiler and STG, such as location, elevation centering on anchor bolt, Padding Plates prior for column erection and plumpness prior for tightening of bolts then grouting through the assessment of surveyor.
Supervised and monitor on Steam Drum erection and other components. From hunger alignment,
Tubing wall plate and Coil Tubes, Riser Piping, Main Downcomer erection, Responsible to monitor erection on Air Heater and components Ducting and Tubes etc.
Responsible to review on WPS as per project specification requirements and welders PQR prior for qualification test. Responsible to conduct FUI/VI in strict on WQT for Welders Qualification in accordance with the Project Standard and specification Prior to start welding in Construction site. RT on welder’s performance for first two joints in production welds. Responsible to review WPS and welding consumables for Approval as per Project standard and specification. Monitor Mechanical and Welding Inspection activities and coordinates all mechanical activities related to Quality Control and Quality Assurance inspection of works from fit up and welding activity on AG/UG Piping, Water Pipeline/Piping, HDPE Pipe and GRP Pipe. Power piping, & Pressure Piping Etc.
Responsible to evaluate RT Film on WQT and performance/production welds and monitor on all welders rejected weld joints prior for penalty. Punch Listing/Line Check prior for Hydro test /repairs, work package, Painting to Insulation Inspection after completion of inspection test activity with the witnesses of clients Inspectors.
Responsible to maintain the quality production in accordance with the International code and standard as per agreed and approved WPS

Responsible to perform on Radiographic film Interpretation as client representative on the project.

Responsible to hands on documents as daily progress report and filing such as RFI, NCR, MAR, CAR, and other related documents.
Responsible to attained weekly meeting on QA/QC as required by the contractor to discuss important matters as remedial action in site problem and project accomplishment and the requirements etc.

NDT-ASNT-TC-1 Level II Certificate No. 0090 (multi Discipline) in VI, MT, PT, LT, UT, RT and Film Interpretation. Responsible to Perform NDT Inspection activity such as PT, MT, LT, UT, RT and Radiographic Film Interpretation. .

Knowledgeable to Performing in UT, RFI (Radiographic Film Interpretation) MT, PT, and UV fluorescent light method, LT Leak Testing by Vacuum Box or Direct Pressure and Pneumatic Testing,

Expert in Tank Inspection such as Visual and leak Testing method by vacuum box / direct pressure and knowledgeable to fabricate vacuum box in any angle. Fillet, butt welds and corner fillet welds. Holiday Test and DFT Inspection for painting.

Good working knowledge of Saudi Aramco Engineering Procedure (SAEP code) and international codes standards such as BSEN, ASME, ANSI, API, ASTM, AWS and ISO standards.
