Achievements

· Completion on time on budget of eCommerce Portals for the Logistics - Banking - Construction sectors in the Middle East. Projects included Marketsite portal, eProcurement portal and the hosted eProcurement solution. Projects realised revenues in excess of $3 million over a 2 year period.
· Development of an eLearning/Hyperlinked CD training manuals
· Trained and developed training material for several clients and consulting groups (KPMG, PwC, Accenture, Trading Houses) in Project Management, Soft Skills and Management.
· Development of the support/call centre for the Commerce One, which included purchasing of equipment, hiring of staff and ongoing operational management.

Achievements:

· Project Management for Saudi Aramco - Bulk Plants and Refineries over a 10 month period. Project involved inventory, assessment, testing, debugging and problem solving.
· Project Manager - US Naval Base, Bahrain. Large telecommunications infrastructure project. Fibre Optic Cable implementation, splicing, ATM.
· Implementation of a 30, 000-seat EDMS system including installation, implementation, training and on going support and maintenance
· Manpower Services contract to supply IT consultants in the areas of Mainframe, Intranet/Internet, Client Server, Web Design, Technical Writing and Project Management. Recruited 47 consultants.

Achievements:

· Project lead on site for the design, implementation installation and training of the property management systems (POS, Finance, Sales and Catering, FO and Reservations) in several hotels throughout Asia.

Projects would employ between 8-30 consultants with projects running from 3 to 12 months

Full time lecturer in Computer Science and Food and Beverage Studies. Courses included the following material:
