and Service.
• Independent responsible for setting up the entire configuration for service
Module of Transaction types, Basic setting configurations of Service module
of Item categories and Master Data in Service Module.
• Worked on conducting the workshops with business presenting the PPD
and signing the PPD successfully and continued the configuration of
Service module respectively.
• Handled Depot repair, time and material process, fixed price billing and
warranty processing.
• Assist in the definition of key business process issues within and across key
business process areas as part of Global Template Design Phase and
develop the detailed TO-BE process and prepare business blue print, scope
document and work plan for the implementation of SAP
• Article Master migration using DMC \[Data Migration Cockpit\] getting the
inputs from the business.
• Worked on configuring the Pricing on business requirement for service
module as per transaction level and requested Access combination of the
condition records.

SAP SD-S4HANA Implementation
Environment: SAP S4HANA
Responsibilities
• Worked as an SAP Master Data Consultant to design and develop solutions
and work across all the functional work streams in data: MM, SD, CS, SM,
PP, FI, CO and WM Modules.
• Independent responsible for setting up the entire configuration for service
notifications, service orders, sales orders and RRB.
• Configured core business processes of SM modules based on SAP
recommended Best Practices for Service notifications, Service orders,
Repair orders, Resource Related Billing, Warranties, Service Contracts and
other Service-related master data.
• Handled Depot repair, time and material process, fixed price billing and
warranty processing.
• Assist in the definition of key business process issues within and across key
business process areas as part of Global Template Design Phase and
develop the detailed TO-BE process and prepare business blue print, scope
document and work plan for the implementation of SAP
• Configured resource related billing Dynamic item Process Profile \[DIP\] to
take care of separate pricing component level and to bill its affiliated for
repair and worked with different tracks to provide conceptual design of SM.
• Thorough Knowledge of SAP SD business process in order-to-cash,
availability check in sales order and Inter/Intra-company stock transfer
order.
• Configured the Advanced Intercompany Sales process along with VCM
process.
• Worked on aATP concepts of configuring the Product allocation, PAC, BOP,
ABC, Release for Delivery, Supply Protection and Advanced Business
process scheduling concepts.
• Work closely and day to day with the business to explain the Unify data
design and transformations required from legacy data to SAP data and
ensure agreement of standards and their compliance per data object. This
includes defining scope of data to be migrated with the business and
documenting it and highlighting data that wont be migrated per data
object

• Its Greenfield HANA implementation project with IKEA in Ingvar Kamprad.
• Working as OTC Lead and Service Management role to plan, schedule and
execute all stages of enterprise software, hardware and system
implementations.
• Work on migrating Material Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master,
Contacts Master, Project Accounting objects, etc. and transactional data
such as Open Purchase orders, Open Sales Orders, Inventory load using
Win shuttle, LTMC, LTMOM & BODS tools.
• Assessed business implications for each project phase and monitored the
progress to meet deadlines, standards and cost targets.
• Enhanced Field Service Management solution in ERP and CRM system,
enhanced Service order and Service confirmation-partner, status and
action profiles assigned to the transaction.
• Enhanced Equipment Master data to assign employees and display those
equipments on the WebUI screen based on Field Engineer search.
• Implemented aATP concepts such as PAC, \[PAL\] Product allocation
procedures and sequences using multiple planning areas and Backorder
