* Negotiate or persuade client, consultant, subcontractors and other key stakeholders to resolve critical issues in time and keep
project's progress on track as planned. Brainstorm ideas to improve standard execution processes and working methods.
* Strictly monitor compliance of Organization’s Project Delivery System (PDS). Escalate any deviations or violations to top
management for timely actions and resolution.
* Assist procurement team in developing contractual documents for procurement of key resources and subcontractors.

• Assist scheduling Team during project's initial planning stage to finalize Project's master construction schedules and work programs using Primavera P6.
• Plan and control the sequence of site execution of construction efforts especially all structural and finishing works. Monitor the compliance to agreed quality standards and processes. Ensure all ongoing works comply with agreed HSE practices.
• Periodically gather workers productivity data and prepare productivity report for further analysis and comparison.
• Recognize & resolve technical site issues in order to ascertain uninterrupted construction works.
• Liaise with Project Architect, Consultant to receive timely approval for shop drawings, method statements and all key construction trade related materials.
• Follow up with procurement team for timely delivery of materials and other resources as planned in project's execution plan. Escalate any delay to higher authorities.
• Coordinate with MEP and other trades for smooth work progress and tackle the conflicts of interests with other trades in time.
• Assist Project Manager and other superiors in preparation of monthly project progress report by providing updated site data.
• Prepare analysis of project's ongoing progress comparison with cost, schedule and quality baselines. Escalate any critical slippages to higher authorities and follow up for timely resolution.
