Roles & Responsibilities
* Managing day to day operations of the Project site office
* Ensuring the availability of resources like workforce, equipment, vehicles and so on as per the project requirements
* Maintaining records for the workforce working records for Payroll Management (SAP) and subcontractors
* Coordinating the activities of Transportation Coordinators and Admin. Clerks in order to ensure that they meet
organizational targets and milestones as per the schedule
* Maintaining the leave & travel arrangements for staff & workforce
* Supervising the accommodations and transportation arrangements for the project team
* Interfacing with IT team for project IT requirements and troubleshooting works
* Monitoring and controlling the expenses related to resources, consumptions, vehicle flow, attendance, Petty
cash and other administrative operations & functions on a monthly basis
* Managing an entire gamut of legal documentation related activities including Visa, Medical Insurance Cards,
Emirates ID card, CNIA Card and taking action to renew on or before the expiry
* Planning & analyzing administrative requirements and accordingly generating a proposal/corrective action
to management
* Imparting training to new employees and management trainees regarding various policies & procedures
followed by the
Conducting monthly evaluation of workforce in accordance with project requirements
* Administering heavy equipment/ vehicles as per project requirements
* Liaising with the management for reviewing the records of the site assets to ensure optimum utilization of
the resources
* Maintaining the ESI & PF record in compliance with labor department
* Keeping a track of incoming and outgoing goods
