Business Analyst Roles and responsibility
Structuring Business requirement documents, creating and adopting formal documentation strategy to analyze the business needs of customer to help identify and solve Business issue.

Job Profile
: To supervise the implementation of agreed strategies, policies and procedures to contribute towards the attainment of service quality and revenue objectives of the cargo operations within the territory.
To responsible towards various movements like Palatization and de-palatization of cargo, acceptance, reservation, delivery, documentation and load control functionality.
To investigate and respond to queries, complaints and claims received from various airline office departments in an efficient and timely manner
To plan, organize and co ordinate the operational activities to ensure the optimal and efficient cargo operational efficiencies and productivity, delegating responsibilities to and controlling subordinate staff and third party contractors as appropriate.
To deal with problems arising such as delays, disruptions, cargo mishandling and transfer cargo in order to minimize cargo off loadings and maximize utilization of space available.
To undertake various administration functions including rostering of staff, completion of performance appraisals, reordering of stationery.
To ensure accurate completion of all post flight activities including dispatch of message, forwarding documentation and completion of station file so that down line operations can proceed smoothly.
To follow up the SOP as per company policies
Job profile
: On time preparation of cargo/mail manifest,
• Utilization of maximum cargo on all flights based upon the space released by cargo space control.
• Monitoring the movement and built-up of ULD until it reaches to air side.
• Monitoring the Documentation of Airway Bills for all Shipments.
• Preparing all Stacks of pallets for all Other International Carrier Operating to Doha.
• Discuss and update operational issues with duty officer / Managers to ensure smooth and effective operations.
• Stastical report of cargo terminal, export and import discrepancy reports.
• Generate and distribute Roster & performance reports for subordinates
• Provide effective and efficient co-ordination between client’s Airline, customs, and cargo customer.
• Export Air Cargo/Mail Manifestation
• Planning of cargo as per aircraft allocation.
• Co-ordinate with space control for maximum utilization of cargo space
• Co-ordination with agent for acceptance of maximum cargo.
• Import Issue of Delivery Orders, Arrival Cargo Checking
• Cargo Acceptance Including all types of Special Handling cargo like, HUM, AVI, and VAL Etc.
• Preparing Shift Report, including daily cargo & revenue reports also.
