• Preparing Annual PR Plan for the company and coordination with different functions for the successful execution of the plan
• Responsible for developing and utilizing corporate and product messaging for media outreach, events and speaking opportunities for spokespersons
• Responsible for organization of press events such as press conferences, select media meet, interviews, product launches, plant tours, sponsorships etc. as per the annual plan
• Strengthening media relationships with the key media, including local and national newspapers, magazines, TV etc.
• Responsible for drafting FAQs, comments, media statements, press releases etc.
• Preparing the PR Monitoring Report for India and presenting it to YMC Japan every month
• Responsible for reviewing the Print Media Analysis Report prepared every month & planning future public relations strategy across India
Internal Communications
• Responsible for the content development, layout finalisation and timely release of monthly e-newsletter and the quarterly magazine
• Drafting speeches for the top management for internal events and message for employees pertaining to major announcements by the top management
• Responsible for introducing new channels of communications for employee engagement
• Maintain and update the company’s intranet portal
• Carrying out internal brand awareness survey for the employees to capture the understanding of the brand among the employees
