o Setup data collection techniques and methods, to help build useful data base for future analysis,
and to help us make better informative decisions such as budgeting, and continuously improve it

o Implement a strategy around creating partnerships with suppliers to help decrease the most
common expense overall, while maintaining or improving delivery lead time, this helped reduce
our most common expense by a staggering 73%, and we reduced the average lead time for the
same expense by 48%.
o Created our main procurement strategy which revolved around staying agile in our procurement
processes to satisfy our business needs, by having different options for different situations
(High-quality, Medium-quality, Low-cost, Less lead time, etc.).

In-charge of Preventive Maintenance Planning and Strategies. Our strategy has helped us in
reducing unplanned lost time by 82% over 3 years, this is done by:
o Introducing and implementing capacity planning.
o Improved reporting records and data, as well as historical data retrieval system.
o Implemented performance review and analysis for all machines and equipment within the plant.
o Improved the daily workflow for preventive maintenance work order processing by reducing
waste of transportation, motion and overprocessing.
In-charge of Quality Assurance for maintenance work processes and QMS procedures, improving it
through agile and lean management.
o Reviewed and updated the QMS procedures for preventive maintenance as per the licensor
requirements, and to help us better manage our processes with other departments.
o Applied a PBR to transform the way we process our work orders, which helped us satisfy our
internal customers and reduce waste in processing time as well as eliminating paper usage from
the process.
o Created a Risk Assessment for the overall department, and creating a contingency plan is set to
ensure delivery of our services on time.
o Constantly auditing the system and improving it through agile and lean management.
