In-charged in the Operation (SCADA) and Maintenance of the Plant.
•Doing some modification of the Plant as per approved by the Government.
•Doing the Plant Maintenance schedule and documentation.
In-charged in Operation, Repair and Maintenance of Swimming Pool Equipment, Re-circulating Pumps, Sewage Water Recycling Plant, Ventilating Fans, Chillers and its Air Handling Units etc.
• Doing maintenance of the Swimming Pool, like checking water with test kit, backwashing the filter, applying a Chlorine if the Chlorine level is low, Soda Ash if the water is acidic, Muriatic Acid if water is alkaline and Algaecide for the prevention of Algae formation.
• In-charged also in Operation, Repair and Maintenance of Hot Water Boilers and its accessories.
• Monitoring and checking of the instrument and accessories if it is functioning well.
• In-charged in repair of all Centrifugal Pumps, Chemical Dosing Pumps, Crusher and Blowers.
• Assigned also to monitor the operation of HVAC equipment.
In-charged in the installation of NOx Emission Reduction (SCR) Units its support, ducting and other accessories for G3, G4, G5, G6, G7 & G8 Engines of CEM Coloane Power Station A.
•In-charged in the relocation of G7 & G8 Engines Chemical Cleaning Unit, T/C Oil Unit and Main Oil tank Unit of CEM Coloane Power Station A.
•In-charged in the Replacement of Boilers No. 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of CEM Coloane Power Station A.
•In-charged in the Construction of New CCA Drainage Networks and Waste Water Treatment Plant Project of CEM Coloane Power Station A.
•In-charged in the construction of Fresh Water Generator Units of G5, G6, G7 & G8 Engines, Jacket Cooling water piping and Seawater piping of CEM Coloane Power Station A.
Doing Inspection, running test and functional test of all mechanical equipment together with ElectricalTechnician, Instrument Technician and the Client on different areas of the plant such as Wastewater/Water Treatment Plant, Fuel Oil Treatment Plant, Fuel Oil Tank Area, Air Compressor, Ventilating Fans, Air Fin Fans, Cooling Water System, Chlorination Plant, Circulating Water System, Intake Facilities, Heat Recovery Steam Generation (HRSG) System, Condenser System, Steam Turbine and Gas Turbine System.
•Preparing all Test and Inspection Documents, checking RPM, vibration, temperature, noise and alignment, load and unload test of all pump motors, compressor motor and gas turbine starting motors.
•Assigned also in the operation, repair and maintenance of phase # 1 of the power plant which is composed of gas turbine # 1, air fin fan coolers, close cooling water system, fuel oil treatment plant, air compressor and wastewater /water treatment plant.
Responsible in facilitating of Plant Drawings, Isometric Drawings and Supervised in the Layout Works.
•In-charged to Supervised in the Piping Fabrication and Equipment Erection.
•Doing the Daily Accomplishment Report as will as field charge Report (FCR) and submit this report to the Department Head for Documentation.
•In-charged of making Hydro and Pneumatic Test Packages and Testing.
•Responsible for all material requisitions necessary in our field of concentration.
•Monitoring of all Drawing Revision that was given to us by the Designed Department for proper implementation.
•Assist in the Pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities.
•Assist to Project Control Department in the computation for Billing.
Responsible in facilitating all Isometric and plan drawings, then supervised it in fabrication and erection.
• Responsible in making reports of all fabricated spools and marking of weld numbers to be presented to QA/QC for NDE.
• Responsible of doing report of spools to be sent to painting shop for Sand Blasting and Painting.
• Responsible of doing reports of all Tie- In (Cold Tap and Hot Tap), Hydro Testing and inform the ARAMCO personnel about the schedule of shutdown as per Project Schedule Plan.
• During of shutdown, Supervised in the depressurization of the pipeline. Checking the line when oil draining to keep us safe for leaking of hazardous gases as per ARAMCO Standard Procedure.
• Responsible in supervising of all pipe line cutting, installation of all balloons, mad packs and vents on the line to be welding for Tie- In as per ARAMCO Standard Procedure.
• Assigned to assist NDE Technician in conducting Ultrasonic Testing (UT) for Hot Tap Tie-In. Record the thickness readings and 100 % scanning for rust filming inside the Pipeline to be welding of Split Tee.
• Conduct supervision in Welding Procedure as per ARAMCO Standard Procedure.
• Overall in-charge of Hydro Testing.
Responsible in Checking, Repair and testing of the Boilers Soot Blowers and Burners with other Technician staff.
• In-charged of bringing all worn-out equipment that may need for repair to the workshop for build-up and machining work.
• Responsible for checking the alignment of Baggasse Conveyors drive motors and doing recommendation for change oil of the unit, if necessary.
• Do some other job that may assign to me by our Supervisor.
. Assist to the Shift Engineer in the Operation, Repair and Maintenance of the Boilers and Mills.
. Checking and monitoring of the equipment during operation.
. Responsible of giving Safety and Precaution Measures to each individual during their tour of duty and checked if they are doing their responsibilities.
. Doing Daily Shift Report about the status of operation during our tour of duty.
. In-charged in special project The Modification of Besserator.
. Responsible in preparing all necessary drawings and making of the Schedule of Work.
. Supervised in the layout for a new set of Besserator and prepare the needed materials for the project.
. Making of Daily Accomplishment Report of the Project.
. Supervised in the Test Run of the New Project and endorse to the management all the necessary Documents.
