Responsible for the attendance and discipline of all security personnel on the shift
•Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
•Obtain help by sounding alarms
•Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities; informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
•Control traffic by directing drivers
•Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
•Maintain environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
•Quick response to any emergencies involving false alarm, fire or accident.
•Perform basic life saving operations like CPR (Cardio Pulmonary Respiration)
•Operate and maintain the integrity of all fire extinguishers on the premises
•Perform other duties deemed necessary by the management
•Maintain organizations stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
•Proper checking, identification and confirmation of visitors and staff. Including clocking in and clocking out.
•Locking and unlocking building doors after proper control measures in compliance with hotel policies.
•Assist law enforcement officers with crowd control and surveillance at large events
•Investigate and report hazards, unusual or suspicious situations for appropriate correction or follow-up actions.
