• Assist Director of Revenue in reviewing forthcoming business plans, identify gaps and ensure proactive measures to fill capacity and meet set targets
• Seek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the Team
• Contribute to the selling strategy and manage the departments to achieve that strategy
• Understand the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to ensure the FTI stays ahead in the local market
• Ensure the Team is developed effectively and generate a culture of high quality standards and pro-active selling
• Manage an events schedule to maximize yield

• Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events

• Handling all reservation request via telephone, e-mail and fax according to TUI Group standards.
• Responsible for proper input of all individual reservations into the system in terms rate codes, market and source codes, guests preferences, payment.
• present monthly reports detailing activities undertaken, revenue generated and future plans in line with property revenue budgets and business mix
• put forward ideas to develop further all international markets.
• Organize exciting and interesting show rounds and fam trips.
