Preparation of daily workers wages in monthly bases, coordination with
construction managers the daily wages for each type of work (unskilled
labour, carpenter, rebar, ….etc.)
• Follow up the time keeps work and prepare daily report for the actual
manpower’s at site for managers.
• Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and
provide assistance
• Redirecting HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate
person of the team
• Maintaining records of personnel-related data in both paper and the database
and ensure all employment requirements are met
• Follow-up daily worker attendance and payroll processing for daily workers
• Preparation HR database
• General administration regarding benefits, payroll, training and development,
legal compliance,
• Maintaining employee personnel files to ensure legal compliance.
• Coordinate medical care procedures for employees with the contracted
insurance company
