Support the rural municipality in planning, budgeting and social mapping, related to reconstruction and infrastructure; Build capacity of municipality elected officials, and staff in the areas of procurement planning, preparation of tender documents, evaluation and monitoring of construction works.


Support and provide capacity building to Government at central, district and local level in reconstruction planning; Direct physical construction, including water supply, foot trails, bridges, schools, public buildings and potentiality of other areas.


Analysis of and interventions to address, constraints to the private sector, including the supply of labor, materials and transport in the construction sector.


Lead efforts focused on identifying, scoping, and prioritizing continuous improvement projects that align with the strategic plans of the organization.


Manage a challenge fund to leave no one behind in reconstruction effort and promote transformational change for women and girls and evaluation and learning component of the project.


Participate in field activities for selection, quality assurance, monitoring of activities in all output areas across the municipality.


Lead communication and stakeholder engagement activities with local government, civil society and private sector.


Ensure the timely submission of financial and operational reports along with supporting the program activities by rapport building with community and local stakeholders to conduct meetings and create environment for meaningful participation and to develop trust, tolerance and cooperation among community members.


Support and advise on planning for implementation of Sustainability objectives and ensure processes are effective in delivering environmental limits.


Ensure that site teams are proactive, up to date and comply with current health, safety and environmental legislation, best practice and Company standards.

Worked on livelihood, health and nutrition and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Climate Change Adaptation (CCA) including Gender Equality and Social Inclusion (GESI), Social mobilization and Social behavior change & communication.


Prepared annual plan, project plans and budget of cluster and district/s in consultation with the project team, Consortium partners, program partners and communities along with the development of overall program implementation strategy.


Initiated to generate and document critical knowledge, evidences and alternative processes, solutions to be used in policy advocacy at local and national level.


Ensured regular field visit and monitored the activities at field level to ensure quality and timely implementation of planned activities related to Climate Change.
