1-Preparation of financial statements
2-Prepare and submit liquidity and forecasting reports
3-Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the company’s performance against historical and budgeted results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the strategic plan
4-Maintain a financial model and standard templates distributed for use by Finance during the planning processes, ensuring quality, accuracy and focused analytic review
5-Responsible for the day- to-day accounting supporting documents and reconciliations, financial reporting and analysis for assigned functional areas.
6-Discount checks with banks to ensure that there is sufficient liquidity to grant new loans
7-Responsible for the Portfolio Data
8-Responsible for the whole payroll process (Transferring Salaries, Social Security, Taxes, …etc.)
Responsible for all accounts with banks
e.i.payment of facilities, matching balances and etc.
9-Monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
10-Training for Customer Service Officers or Operation Officers when needed
11-Develop and implement internal control procedures

1-Receive and respond to customer service account inquiries on account balances, transaction
2-Details, statements and fees and charges.
3-Open new accounts/Closing accounts

5-Promote, study and granting bank products and services
