Key Responsibility
• Overall responsibility for Purchasing and Cost Estimating activities across the business.
• Create and implement best practice purchasing vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to
aid and improve business performance.
• Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop
opportunities.
• Contribute to overall business strategy and annual budget process.
• Responsible for managing relationships and negotiating with key suppliers at a senior and strategic
level.
• Negotiate contract terms with key suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards and delivery
terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders if appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a supplier relationship and evaluation process to measure effective
supplier performance and compliance.
• Set department objectives and monitor ongoing progress and performance.
• Ensure strong communication between teams under leadership to facilitate exchange of information
and in order to implement change and improvements.
• Prepare the annual Purchasing budget and forecasts and all Capital Expenditure proposals as well as
ensuring compliance with customer and legal requirements. Manage the budget from identification to
completion of projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal
performance

Key Responsibility
• Responsible for all Logistics, inventory, and purchase activities.
• Follow up with supplies for delivery of all pending import orders as per our requirements.
• Negotiate with shipping companies on freight rates for collection of import orders.
• Follow up with suppliers in collecting all import shipment documents well in advance before the cargo
reaches port for clearance purpose.
• Cross check all imports shipping documents as per our IPO details and also cross check and confirm
the BL details.
• Prepare all export related shipping documents such as invoice, PL and COO.
• Negotiate with local suppliers to get better rates for purchasing all stationary items.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders/shipping/Clearing agency to avoid any delays and reduce conflicts.
• Review and preparing contract agreements and getting approvals, Cross check for PR/PO of
agreements/contracts.
• Preparing purchase orders for goods and services used by various departments.
• Preparing shipping documents (Invoice, packing list, COO, BL/AWB & necessary certificates) and
ensures that the accurate documents are received on time.
• To scrutinize the LC and advise of ambiguous clauses and necessary amendment to customers.
• Sending quotations to clients and overseas agents for Import, Export, and DDU/DDP.
• Good knowledge of International Commercial Terms (INCOTERMS).
• Expedite flow of materials and documents to meet production schedule.
• Make sure all necessary shipping documents are received from supplier before arrival of shipments.
• Verify packing lists and other documentation involving materials received from suppliers for delivery
to customers at various sites.
• Track shipments from issuance of purchase orders to delivery to destination.
• Expedites all critical orders with local/ International vendors.
• Handling claims for any damages/shortage of deliveries from suppliers.

• Approved the pricing and negotiate with the customers for best price.
• Follow-up with freight line company to ensure the shipments isreach.
