Executive Assistant (CSSO, CEO and CMO Assistant)
Al Borg Medical Laboratories, Jeddah.
• Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO, CMO and/or other assigned leadership staff.
• Work directly with the CEO and CMO to support all aspects of their daily work routine.
• Arranging all meetings including virtual meetings via Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
• Proceeding travel missions’ requests for the Senior staff.
• Maintain confidential and sensitive information.
• Preparing minutes of meetings and agendas.
• Correspondence to emails and manage phone calls.
• Keep the CEO and CMO advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
• Following up with all lab directors in all branches inside and outside KSA to insure if the tasks assigned accomplished.
• Collecting all retested data from all branches.
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports when needed.
• Scheduling and arranging interviews for the candidates.
• Preparing evaluation forms for the candidates being interviewed by the CMO.
• Follow up with HR regarding the candidates and submit all needed documents.
• Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, reports, and other documents for senior staff.
• Supporting the upper management in company events and conferences.
• Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed.
