Job Description:
• Manage the planning and establishment of long and short-term goals for HR and
Admin activities to ensure that the objectives and programs for the Department
are aligned to the vision, mission, and overall guidelines.
• Manage and follow up the Implementation of the annual budget and business
plan for the HR and Admin Departments to ensure the alignment with top
management expenditure requirements.
• Oversee the implementation of the HR and Admin Policies and Procedures
according to company’s strategic goals to ensure goals are met.
• Responsible for the payment authorization of all departments to monitor
company expenditure by reviewing actual against budget.
• Is a delegate to various committees as a trusted representative and advisor to
the committee and the board by following up and reporting on required process
and policies.
