• Direct the sales, operational and credit teams to ensure sales volume, high customer standards and DSO are met and in line with forecast / set targets.
• Establish clear accountabilities and responsibilities for teams and ensure individuals are focused on areas that improve KPIs and customer expectations.
• Analyze, evaluate and monitor all operational KPIs, maintain high quality standards, customer service, operational and efficiency, deliver financial results.
• Ensure the assets of the business are used effectively to achieve the ROCE as defined by the gross payback analysis.
• Experienced in P&L management including planning, risk management and accounting processes.

• Responsible for managing all operations of the country business. This involves taking responsibility for profit, revenue and accounts receivables.
• Agreeing on annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan to deliver as well as monthly, quarterly or annual targets for revenue, profits and cash.
• To produce business performance reports on a monthly, quarterly, half year and year basis.
• Manage key client relationships and control the development of area-based sales portfolio’s to ensure the business is correctly positioned to deliver its operational and financial targets.
• Manage the business development and operational performance of the defined business area to deliver the company’s goals in terms of profitability and market leadership.
• Diversified the business portfolio; capitalizing on the business opportunities in the market.
• To prepare monthly / yearly P&L, OPRM for the business, implementing cost control strategies.
• To develop short/long term organizational goals and objectives.
• Conducts monthly pricing review, sales performance and employee recognition scheme.
• Direct, develop, motivate and support all sales and operational reports, to ensure that business objectives are met to agreed timescales.
• Establish strong people management practices across the area to attract, develop and retain key skills and competencies required for optimum business performance.
• Responsible to recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training.
• Set the standards of ethics, behavior and attitude required in the workforce by demonstrating management best practice and commitment to company values.
• Analyze, evaluate and monitor all key operational performance indicators’, ensuring monthly performance is clearly understood regarding customer service, quality standards, operational efficiency, and financial results.
