Conducted outreach to top consultants and contractors across the Middle East, inviting participation in the ECI process by submitting quotations and proposals aligned with the project's vision and requirements.

Stakeholder Engagement & Presentation:

Facilitated project presentations for potential contractor partners, providing an in-depth overview of the project’s concept, scale, and expectations, to ensure alignment with the project's luxury standards and architectural intricacies.

Quotation Review & BOQ Integration:

Compiled and reviewed all submitted quotations, integrating them into the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for comprehensive assessment by the commercial team.

Organized comparison data for all received proposals, providing a detailed analysis to aid in the selection of contractors and consultants aligned with the project’s strategic goals and financial targets.

- Provide Purchase Requisition details and submit to procurement department for the issuance of Purchase Orders.
- Monitors all Shipping documents from the international vendors and submitted to logistics department for custom clearance.
